Refunds – Policy and Process
- Refunds can be placed by sending a message through contact form, or via email to theanmolduggal@gmail.com.
- In the message, please include transaction id or it’s screenshot, and the reason for raising a return for the item.
- For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be processed as bank refunds. The refund is initiated within 3 business days of receiving the return request. Post initiation, amount credit to the customer’s account might take up to 10 business days.
- Bank refunds information will be shared with you over email.
- Cancellation requests are only accepted 4 hours before the consultation call begins.

- For prepaid orders cancellation, refund is processed via bank transfer.
